This 20cm bamboo ruler is a must-have item. Made by Okane Seisakusho which is the last bamboo ruler maker in Japan.
It is perfect for measuring small things whilst sewing. This size fits your hand very well and is perfect for use within the limited space of your sewing machine. We also use a 15cm stainless ruler but in comparison to this bamboo one, it becomes hot when using on an ironing board.

– About Okane Seisakusho –
OKANE SEISAKUSHO (Japan) was founded in 1948 and is the last remaining company making only Japanese bamboo rulers. All of their rulers are made out of 100% Japanese bamboo sourced from areas in Shikoku and Kyushu.
Interesting fact about their location: They are based in Kōga, Hyogo area which was once considered to be the homeland of the famous Kōga Ninja.
