Nijiyura cotton Tenugui cloth, hand-dyed by a traditional Chusen technique.

Material : 100% Cotton (Wa Zarashi = Japanese purified cotton)

– Care –

We recommend that you hand wash separately with cold water and mild detergent to prolong their life.
They will soften over time.

– Raw edge –

The narrower edges of Tenugui are all raw edge meaning the weft (horizontal thread) at both ends will fray in the beginning. This is for the purpose of quick drying and keeping the cloth clean. Trim any loose strings. This process will stop after a small fringe forms.
